How do I renew a domain?

Open Renewals in your dashboard, select the domain and complete payment. Auto-renew can be turned on per domain.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed by Stripe. Available methods depend on your country and currency and are shown at checkout. We never store card numbers.

When will my service be active?

Services are marked active only after our provider confirms them. Most domains and servers are ready within minutes; transfers take longer.

What is your refund policy?

See our Refund Policy. Domain registrations generally cannot be refunded once processed by the registry.

How do I report abuse?

Open a ticket with the Abuse category or email abuse@olacheap.com with evidence. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
