Domain Registration Agreement
Last updated: 2026-10-11
Domain names are registered through ICANN-accredited registrars and country-code registry partners. This agreement supplements our Terms of Service.
Registrant obligations
- Provide accurate registrant contact information and respond to verification requests; failure may lead to suspension under ICANN rules.
- Comply with the policies of the relevant registry, including eligibility requirements for restricted extensions (for example, local presence rules).
- Accept the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and any registry-specific dispute policies.
Registrant rights
Your rights and responsibilities as a registrant are described in ICANN’s Registrants’ Benefits and Responsibilities: icann.org.
Renewal and expiry
- We send renewal reminders approximately 60, 30, 7 and 1 day(s) before expiry, and after expiry.
- After expiry, a domain may enter a grace period, then a redemption period during which a restoration fee applies, before being released by the registry.
Transfers
Transfers follow the ICANN Transfer Policy. Domains cannot be transferred within 60 days of registration or a previous transfer. You can obtain your authorization code from the dashboard at any time.
Premium names and pricing
Premium domain names may have registration and renewal prices set by the registry that differ from standard prices; these are always shown before purchase.
