Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, dashboards and services offered under the OlaCheap brand (“OlaCheap”, “we”, “us”), operated by MIA株式会社 (MIA Co., Ltd.), a company incorporated in Japan. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date. Domain registrant data must be accurate as required by ICANN and registry policies.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

2. Services and third-party providers

OlaCheap resells services supplied by third parties, including ICANN-accredited registrars, domain registries, certificate authorities and infrastructure providers. Your use of a service is also subject to the applicable provider and registry policies, which we make available or link to at the point of order. A service is considered delivered when the relevant provider confirms it; we do not display a service as active before that confirmation.

3. Orders, prices and taxes

• Prices are shown before checkout and include the first-term price and the renewal price. Prices may exclude taxes and mandatory registry or ICANN fees, which are shown separately at checkout where applicable.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
• If a provider rejects an order (for example, a domain becomes unavailable), we will refund the corresponding amount to the original payment method.
• We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order is fulfilled; in that case you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Renewals

Services renew for the same term when auto-renew is enabled and a valid payment method is available. We send reminders before expiry. If a renewal fails, the service may be suspended or expire according to the provider’s policy; restoration fees may apply to expired domains.

5. Acceptable use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend services that violate it, that are subject to a valid abuse complaint, or where required by a registry, provider or law.

7. Availability and data

Service levels for hosting and servers follow the commitments shown on each plan, which reflect our providers’ published terms. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of website content and data unless a plan explicitly includes backups.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including the Consumer Contract Act of Japan.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Active domains remain registered until expiry unless transferred out. We may terminate accounts for serious or repeated breach of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction of first instance, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. The English version of these Terms prevails over translations.
