Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use OlaCheap services to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or host content advertised by spam.
• Distribute malware, operate botnets or command-and-control servers, or carry out phishing.
• Attack, scan or disrupt other networks or systems without authorisation, including denial-of-service attacks.
• Infringe intellectual property rights, or host content that is illegal in Japan or the jurisdiction of the service location.
• Host child sexual abuse material — such reports are forwarded to the authorities.
• Mine cryptocurrency on shared hosting, or use resources in a way that degrades service for other customers.

Enforcement

We may suspend services, remove content or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and we cooperate with registries, providers and law enforcement where legally required.

Reporting abuse

Email abuse@olacheap.com with the affected domain or IP address, timestamps and evidence. Registrar abuse reports are acknowledged and investigated as required by our registrar partners and ICANN policies.
