Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-11
Domains
- Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are generally non-refundable once submitted to the registry, because registry fees are charged to us immediately.
- If a registration or transfer fails or is rejected by the registry, we refund the amount for that item in full.
- Where a registry offers an add grace period refund to registrars, we may, at our discretion, pass it on minus any non-recoverable fees.
Hosting, SSL and email
- New hosting and email plans can be cancelled within 14 days of activation for a refund of the plan fee, excluding any bundled domain and setup fees.
- SSL certificates can be refunded only before they are issued by the certificate authority.
VPS and cloud servers
Server fees are non-refundable once the server has been created, except where the server could not be delivered as described.
Website and development services
Refunds for quoted services follow the terms in the accepted quote.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the original payment method via Stripe. Bank and currency conversion charges applied by your card issuer are outside our control.
